OWS is looking for a sales representative whose mission will be to develop, maximize and build customer loyalty. If you’re a passionate, motivated, results-driven individual with an excellent sense of customer service, we have the career opportunity for you!

Your challenges:

  • Promote all the Employer’s products, particularly to distributors;
  • Transmit quotations to customers he has recruited and follow up with distributors;
  • Respect allocated budgets;
  • Ensure customer and distributor satisfaction;
  • Provide customer service that meets the Employer’s standards;
  • Analyze customers’ needs and assist them in their choice of products;
  • Prepare quotations and support the team in invoicing customers and/or distributors;
  • Support electricians and other professionals during product installation at customer sites, when required;
  • Receive customer/distributor complaints, visit the customer to assess the problem situation and find solutions to customer satisfaction;
  • Update customer information and sales progress in the customer management tools adopted by the Employer.
  • Perform all other related tasks. Your background and strengths
  • Excellent customer service skills and people orientation;
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales to contractors and distributors and/or in business development;
  • Experience in building materials;
  • Focus on achieving objectives and results;
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy, initiative and commercial acuity;
  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office ;
  • A valid driver’s license.
